Brain Connection Brain Connection is a service offered by Scientific Learning the developers of Fast Forward. This creative site covers news from the field neuroscience research as well as information and facts for the parents, professionals and others who are not as versed in the language of the Brain.

Dana Alliance The Dana Alliance, a nonprofit organization of more than 185 neuroscientists, was formed to help provide information about the personal and public benefits of brain research. Today one out of five Americans suffers from a brain-related disease, or disorder, ranging from cocaine addiction to learning disabilities from Alzheimer's disease to spinal cord injuries.  This site will help answer questions about brain-related research and provide information about new developments in that research.

Kennedy Kreiger Institute The Kennedy Kreiger Institute is affiliated with the Johns Hopkins Medical Complex  This site is a rich source of leads in to research in the vast arena of communications and learning disorders.

Lost Children Memorial Foundation for Lost Children which is focused on the physiological research concerning communications and learning disorders.

MIND Institute The MIND Institute:  A unique interdisciplinary institute to conduct research and provide clinical programs focused on these disorders. The institute is one of a few resources for the study and treatment of neurodevelopmental disorders. The Institute focuses on neurodevelopmental disorders in children and adults.

Research in ADHD INC Research represents a unique model for conducting and managing clinical research studies. Specifically they are conducting research in ADHD. They integrate an exclusive national network of neurologists, psychiatrists and pain specialists, experienced in clinical research, with comprehensive, cost effective CNS clinical trial management services.

Scripps Research Institute The Scripps Research Institute’s Department of Neurobiology studies theories of how the brain functions in perception -- work of considerable significance in understanding memory loss, dyslexia, recovery from stroke, and learning disabilities in general.

Yale Child Study Center The Yale Clinic offers comprehensive, multidisciplinary evaluations for children and adults with social disabilities, usually focusing on the issues of diagnosis and intervention. A major project of theirs is in conjunction with the Learning Disabilities Association and is known as the Yale-LDA Social Learning Disabilities Project: Study of High-functioning Autism & Asperger's Syndrome.
