Autism, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and related developmental challenges that has
been achieving dramatic results for over 25 years.
Their core philosophy is based on the innovative work and books of
authors/teachers Barry Neil Kaufman and Samahria Lyte Kaufman. The
Son-Rise Program is the only autism treatment program designed by parents.
The program was originally created to help their son Raun, diagnosed at 18
months as severely and incurably autistic. Today, Raun is a graduate of an
Ivy League university and teaches and lectures around the world, bearing no
trace of his former condition. Raun’s story and the Kaufman’s work is
outlined in the book Son-Rise: The Miracle Continues and the NBC
TV movie Son-Rise: A Miracle of Love. The Kaufmans refined
the program they created and now The Son-Rise program has been used to help
