This flag is not my own creation, this flag was traced from plywood that came from an American pine tree, I saw the flag and traced it, sensed that not only us as Americans have a tribute, but also our forests, also our land... This is for all those who have lost a loved one and have gained knowledge to believe, that we as a people stand by and support you in your loss, our loss... |

In his own words: Terrible things had happened on 9-11. The Bridge of the meeting of minds and culture between the west and the desert-countries broke down with that terrorism attack to the world trade center in Manhattan. The "Statue of Liberty" saw this with a pain in her heart, which opened up one eye and let the tears come out nearly 5500 gallons. Not because of the two collapsed towers, not because of the broken bridge or the hurt of the broken feelings to be in safe. But she was weeping for the lost blood of the innocent people, what was nearly the same amount.... (5500 gallons! of innocent blood) - Wolfgang Grünheid |

Victory Undefeated by Debbie Mallard
In her own words: Underneath is the card I
use on the back of my painting. Mostly I would like people to know
that Canadians were devastated by this as well. On the day of the
devastation, our town, which is near Gander, Newfoundland, Canada
collected things to help the stranded passengers in Gander.
Victory Undefeated
September 11th "Victory Undefeated"
is a reminder of the trials everyone has overcome because of the
devastating attacks on the twin towers in New York. This painting shows
how victory can be achieved in the most dismal of circumstances. Debbie's email is:
